Palæo publishes its entire menu as 100% glutenfri. Wraps, burger buns, sides, and the house beers (Palæo IPA and Palæo Pilsner) are all declared gluten-free specialøl. The sister concept Hello Pasta contains gluten and operates as a separate restaurant brand. At present, the only evidence comes from the venue's own website. Independent coeliac corroboration is welcome.
