Purezza Camden

Purezza Camden is the UK's first 100% vegan pizzeria. No animal products are used anywhere in the kitchen. All dishes are plant-based by default, including the signature house-made mozzarella made from organic brown rice milk. Pizzas, pastas, small plates, desserts, and drinks are all vegan. Staff are trained around allergens, and the menu is designed to be inclusive from the ground up.

The restaurant is fully vegan, so every dish is automatically vegetarian. No meat, fish, or dairy appears anywhere on the menu.

Purezza Camden offers a 'Non-Gluten Sourdough' base and a 'Coeliac Flatbread' option. The venue's allergen menu lists the Non-Gluten Sourdough base as 'Gluten-intolerant friendly'. The kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, however, regular sourdough bases (Original and Olive) contain gluten, and the main allergen page explicitly states 'our kitchen is not allergen-free', noting that cross-contamination may occur. 98% of the menu is described as gluten-free or optionally gluten-free. Staff are trained around allergens and dishes are made to order. Coeliac diners should speak to staff about their needs.
