Multiple community reviews on FindMeGlutenFree report a dedicated gluten-free fryer and staff knowledge about coeliac needs. One symptomatic coeliac noted no reaction. The venue's own digital menu allows filtering by 'Gluten Free' and shows per-item allergen labels. The kitchen is shared. The venue describes Neapolitan pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, steaks on a charcoal grill, and pasta, all gluten-containing items prepared in the same kitchen.
