Two reviewers independently report "2 separate kitchens" and "dedicated gf kitchen." One reviewer (an asymptomatic coeliac, yesterday) explicitly stated "AIC verified," referring to the Associazione Italiana Celiachia. However, AIC is not in the recognised-body registry, so Tier A path (ii) cannot be formally applied. The FMGF platform header explicitly notes that this is not a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility and that the restaurant also serves non-gluten-free items, ruling out Tier A path (i).
