The kitchen is not fully vegan; meat, dairy, and eggs are present. If a guest informs the restaurant when booking or upon arrival, most dishes (7 out of 8) can be adapted to be vegan. A mistake of serving vegetarian instead of vegan has been reported but was corrected immediately.
