Lemongrass Thai Bistro
Most of the menu is GF.
Per-allergen evidence
Most of the menu is GF. Staff know their stuff. They even use a dedicated gluten-free fryer, according to multiple coeliac-aware reviews on FindMeGlutenFree. But this isn't a dedicated GF kitchen. A server once gave a confusing answer, 'free of Coeliacs', though no one reports getting sick. Just ask, and staff will clean the workspace and change gloves.

Staff know how to veganise dishes, and these modified items are marked as VGO. Thai green curry, choo chee curry, mango curry, pad Thai, and wok tossed veg with tofu are among the vegan choices. Cross-contact is possible, as the kitchen serves meat. Nevertheless, the clear labelling and staff awareness provide a reliable baseline.
HappyCow lists it as 'Non-veg / Serves meat'. The venue also features a dedicated vegan section on the menu, and while vegetarian options are implied by that vegan labelling, no source explicitly confirms whether separate veggie dishes exist or what cross-contact protocols are in place. Staff will accommodate on request.
