The restaurant offers a dedicated selection of products labeled "sin lactosa," meaning lactose-free, and reviews indicate dairy-free options. However, no allergen menu is marked; Atly notes that no such menu is available. There is no separate dairy-free kitchen, and no evidence exists that staff have received training on dairy allergies. Dairy-free items can be requested, and staff are able to accommodate those requests. A cross-contamination risk remains, however, because the shared kitchen also prepares butter-based pastries.
