Egg-free restaurants in Shanghai

The official Shanghai government guide states Zao Zi Shu emphasises 'smoke-free, alcohol-free, egg-free, and meat-free' dishes. The restaurant's philosophy intentionally excludes eggs, which is an insider-led structural decision. No accreditation exists, but the policy is consistent across sources.
